Registry FAQs

How do I know where to send my registry gifts?

After adding a product to cart from a registry, you must click Checkout from within the registry. From there, the registrant’s address will auto populate in the shipping fields at checkout. If you add additional items to cart, outside of the registry, it will not. Address population will not work with express payment methods such as Paypal.

Can I share my registry information on my invitations?

Yes, click Share Registry to retrieve your unique registry url which can be copied and pasted on to invitations. Create and send your custom tonies-themed invitation here.

How can I find the registry I’m looking for?

Search by First and Last Name of the registry creator

Can I add items to my registry that are out of stock?

Yes, although they may not be purchased until they’re in stock.

Can I use express payments when purchasing items off a registry?

Yes, you can, but the registrant’s address will not auto populate, so gift must be sent to purchaser’s address or another known address.

Do I need a tonies.com account in order to view a registry?

Yes, you need a tonies.com account to view, create or manage registries

How private is my registry?

All registries are searchable and viewable. If someone adds a product to cart from a registry, that registry address will be visible at checkout. Password protected registries are in the works!
